Easy Cheesy Garlic Potatoes
When I'm in a hurry in the morning but still want something tasty, this garlic cheesy potato recipe is my go-to! It's quick, easy, and packed with flavor—just the perfect way to start the day. With a handful of ingredients and a little time in the air fryer, you’ll have a satisfying breakfast (or snack) ready in no time. Plus, you can customize it with more garlic and cheese to make it just how you like it!
Equipment
- 1 Small/Medium Bowl
- 1 Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 1 bag Small Red Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic to taste
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil can use any oil or butter (to taste)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese I use Monterey Jack (to taste)
Instructions
- Chop potatoes into quarters. Personally I like to use my chopper.
- Once they are cut up place into a medium sized bowl.
- To the bowl of potatoes add salt, pepper, oil, and minced garlic
- Mix together well.
- Add to Air Fryer at 390 Degrees F for 20 mins (keep the bowl)
- Shake the basket(s) every 6 mins or so.
- Shred about 1/2 cup of cheese (This step is optional as I use blocks of cheese)
- Clean up area while potatoes are cooking
- Once potatoes are done add them back to the bowl and add cheese!
- Mix together and Enjoy!
