I found this mop vac on sale at Walmart for $79!!
So first things first I paid for this with my own money!
I do not like this mop vac! This mop vac is originally $250! That’s a lot of money! I would not pay that for this at all! Right out of the box it gave me issues. It was for the most part together all I had to put together was the handle on it so it’s an easy set up! The thing that was the issue was the roller! As soon as I turned it on for the first time it did not work, so I took the top off where the roller was to make sure I didn’t need to take anything out (like card board or something) and nope didn’t need to. So I turned it on and the light was flashing as if something was stuck but nothing was in there as it was fresh out the box. So I turned it off and back on and it started working well only for maybe a min then it went back to flashing! I turned it off and back on and it worked then it stopped working after 5 mins and I repeated this process multiple times. Very annoying but I really wanted a vac mop so I was determined
Now to the cleaning. It didn’t do terrible. It does not suck up hair well thin hair your hair has to be thick and coarse because it did pick up my husbands beard hair but not my hair which is thin. Now personally this is a big deal for me because I lose a lot of hair it’s everywhere how I still have hair is a mystery! It will just leave it on the floor all wet and in a wad 🤮 it also won’t get up stuck on mess. It does a fabulous job on everything else though 🤣 the self clean button did work but only after I got the roller to work. If the rollers wouldn’t have been such an issue I would definitely recommend it as a daily mop as it did do well and it’s what I wanted but they need to fix the roller issue as other have had the same problem! The solution also smelled nice it left my house smelling freshly cleaned!
These mop vac having weird issues is why I did not want to spend hundreds of dollars on one because I don’t want that hassle especially when I already have a vacuum and a steam mop that work well.
Over all for $80 if the brush roll would have worked it would be a winner so if you can score it for $80 and get one that the brush roll works it’s a great deal! But can I recommend it off what I went through NO because I am not the only person who has had brush roll issues. They need to fix the brush roll issue and lower the price because $250 normal price it is not worth it! For $80 it’s worth it if the brush roll works and doesn’t have issues
