So as a lifestyle change I am trying to eat healthier. To be honest I really needed to change my eating habits anyways as I do have Hashimotos which is an autoimmune and I do have nodules on my thyroid. Now breakfast is something I use to just skip but now I do eat it everyday though its not the healthiest. Normally I just have cereal because its quick and easy. But I am trying to change my lifestyle as it is not working for me and I’m not crazy happy. So recently I’ve been eating eggs, toast and some fruits for breakfast and honestly its been filling me up to where I don’t snack and if I do snack I usually have an apple or an orange which are the 2 fruits I have for this week. Healthier foods tend to make your body feel better so that is what I’m going to try and do. I’m going to start cooking at home more or going out to eat at actual sit down places that offer real food not fast food.
I am switching up the fruits and veggies I eat weekly as I tend to get bored with foods. I did try to buy different foods daily for snacks since I live in walking distant of a grocery store but I found I get tired of doing that. So 2 different fruits and maybe 2 different veggies every week since I grocery shop weekly.
I told my husband I would like to try going out to a new restaurant once a month since we don’t really have any places by us and to get out the house more often. So once a month will be dedicated to eating at new places and hopefully finding some hidden gems! I guess I’ll need to add a new section to my blog for the restaurants we visit!
