Garlic Cheese Red Potatoes: A Delicious & Easy Breakfast
Today’s breakfast might not be the healthiest, but it sure was delicious! I made garlic cheese red potatoes in the air fryer, and they were absolutely amazing.
Ingredients:
- Red potatoes (chopped)
- Minced garlic
- Smoked olive oil
- Smoked salt and pepper
- Cheese (I used Monterey Jack, but Parmesan would work beautifully too!)
How I Made Them:
- Chop the Potatoes: I used my Amazon chopper to easily chop the red potatoes into bite-sized pieces. (Check it out here! This is an affiliated link!).
- Season: Toss the chopped potatoes with minced garlic, smoked olive oil, and salt and pepper.
- Air Fry: Pop them into the air fryer at 390°F for 20 minutes. (You can probably do 15 minutes, but I forgot about mine—oops!).
- Add More Garlic and Cheese: Once they’re done, I sprinkled on a bit more garlic and shredded Monterey Jack cheese. You can add as much cheese and garlic as you like—personally, I love extra!
This meal might be small, but it kept me full from 6:30 AM to around 12 PM. I try to add snacks like oranges or apples throughout the day to stay energized.
Though my picture might not do the meal justice, trust me—these potatoes were delicious! Plus, my son loves them too. If you’re looking for a quick, easy, and tasty snack or small meal, give these a try!
