Ok so breakfast for today isn’t the healthiest but it was good. I made garlic cheese red potatoes! I made them in the air fryer with smoked olive oil and smoke salt and pepper!
I used my chopper I got off amazon to cut up the red potatoes and this was the easiest thing ever! You can find the chopper here! <– this is an affiliated link! Anyways back to the potatoes! so i used minced garlic, smoked olive oil, salt and pepper then popped it into my air fryer at 390 for 20mins prob could have bee done at 15mins but I forgot about them haha. Then once done I added more garlic and cheese! Now you can add any cheese you like i used Monterey Jack but Parmesan would be super good as well. You don’t need to measure just do it till your hearts desire! Personally more garlic the better and more cheese the better hahah.
This small meal did fill me up until about lunch time though so from 6:30 to 12 I wasn’t super hungry. I do try to have snacks like an orange or apple throughout the day as well.
And yes while I know my picture isn’t the greatest they are really good! It’s a quick easy small meal or snack and my son personally loves them!
